New Review- Catching Irish by Katy Regnery

Katy Regnery finishes her Summerhaven series with a cute and sexy novella and although I am sad to see this series end, I am happy that this Irish family got its happily ever after.

Tate is a woman that has lost her parents so she is afraid to get deeply connected to anyone. She loves to flirt, have one night stands but she is allergic to love. When she meets one of the Havens men, she is ready to have a great time and then move on. The thing is she cannot seem to forget the sexy Irish.

Finian loves to help his cousins in the Summerhaven camp but he misses his family and his home in Ireland. One hot night with Tate means nothing permanent as he is ready to go back to Ireland but the irresistible blonde cannot leave his mind. If only she wouldn’t constantly keep him away.

Finian is a great character. He is not afraid to show his feelings and I loved that he handled Tate with care and understanding.

Tate is a little harder to like in the beginning because she keeps pushing him away and stays detached but then you see that she uses this as a self protection mechanism. She is like a little girl hurt and does everything not to get burned again.

This is a short and sweet novella so it’s quick but I am happy to say that the author has included a note in the end about how the family is doing after some time so that makes the story even better.

If you love men with an accent that makes you swoon and sweet love stories, grab the whole series and enjoy!
