I love fairytale retellings and as Cambria has written some of my favorite books, I was pretty excited about Ivory White! This book is based on Snow White which I have to say is one of my least favorite fairytales. Despite that this story surprised me pleasantly. It has humor, suspense and an amazing set of characters!
Ivory White is a wealthy girl hunted. Someone wants to kill her so she runs to the worst part of the city, where a boy helps her find shelter. The little thief though will also steal her heart!
Ivory is an Upper East Side Princess. She is pampered, arrogant but with an inner goodness. She knows her worth and although, a murderer hunts her,she remains strong.
Neo is such a different character from the usual alphas. He has the soul of an artist. He is caring and protective but he also has a sensitivy in him that will touch you.
Their relationship is so sweet! These two just click perfectly. Despite their differences their hearts connect.
What can I say about the secondary characters? They are just perfect! Each one of them is interesting and I am dying to know their stories!
I loved this story and I cannot wait to see more of these misfits!
