Felicity is not like her sisters. She is smart but not sassy, she loves her family but she is socially awkward. When she confronts the mean girls in her school reunion, a little lie slips out; that she is engaged to a billionaire. Her best friend, Hutton comes to her rescue but things get carried away.
Everyone believes their engagement, so they agree to fake it to avoid the hustle. Their feelings though have been there for years and both are scared to face the truth; that they love each other.
Hutton and Felicity are characters adorable and believable. They face social anxiety and OCD behaviors which makes them even more realistic. I loved that the author did not want to change them and I admired the fact that they respected each others’ boundaries.
Felicity is cute, genuine and a good friend and girlfriend. Hutton struggles with a lot but he is there for Felicity in every way. They are both scared of being hurt but they resolve their issues quickly. Also, these two might be generally shy but in the bedroom they are explosive, especially when Hutton is a little kinky.
Although, friends to lovers in not my favorite trope, these two have been pining for each other for years, so that made me love them even more.
Tease is a wonderful story for this summer; fun, sexy and light!
