New Review- The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood

Hypothesis 1: When an author writes her first book, it will be a fail. ~Rejected

Hypothesis 2: When the book is about two scientists falling in love, it will be boring. ~ Rejected

Olive is a P.H.D. candidate and lives and breathes her science. When her best friend needs a little push for her love life, she convinces her that she is happy by kissing the first man she sees, the moody professor.

Olive is surprised by her move but even more when Adam, the scariest man in camp, agrees to help her keep the charade. This fake boyfriend though is the truest thing she has known and suddenly this experiment blows up!

This couple is the cutest! Olive is adorkable, caring and sometimes a little naive about Adam. The love he has for her is in her face but she is blind. Their miscommunication might make you frustrated sometimes. I admire that the author chose a woman in STEM as her heroine and it was so interesting to see the everyday life and the difficulties Olive faces.

As for Adam? Nerd hotness! He is the gruff, silent type but I loved his little gestures, the secret smiles and how different he is with her. If by any chance you think, they might be bland in bed, you could not be more wrong. There are not many sexy scenes, but they are on fire!

My only complaint is that I would have loved to see more intimate scenes, more kisses, more sensual times as a real couple but it’s an almost perfect slow burn romance! Also, I would be ecstatic to read some scenes from our hero’s POV.

I usually avoid hyped books, but this story captured my mind, stole my heart and made me fall in love!

Hypothesis 3: You are going to love this romance story by Ali Hazelwood! ~Accepted!!!
