Would you ever start a puzzle without seeing the whole picture beforehand? The Night Blossoms by Leylah Attar is a well written “puzzle” you are called to solve without knowing the end. This is an intricating romantic suspense that takes you on an exciting journey of love and mystery.
Vee and Rafael are deeply in love but when they fight over her pregnancy, he goes missing. Now she has to follow all the clues in order to find him while her past hunts her.
Their past and present are deeply connected and the author unfolds all their secrets until you understand their truth. Leylah is an amazing storyteller and she leaves little crumbles you can follow until the big reveal. I had many guesses of where this would go and I predicted them correctly but also, some revelations that were surprising.
If this book was a suspense book with romantic elements, I would give it five stars but as my focus is always romance, I wanted a little more of them as a couple.
Nonetheless, The Night Blossoms is a book you need to read. This is a thrilling tale written flawlessly that will captivate you until the end!
