Last review of the year! This book was one of my most anticipated books of 2022 and I am pleased to say that it was a hit! I just love these Savoie sisters and their men!
If you have been reading this series from the start, I am sure you are all curious about Jules and Ruben since book one. We have felt the tension, their sexual chemistry and we all have been waiting for the reunion.
The book is about Jules and Ruben’s trip around the world to save the werewolves and forced proximity brings their feelings up in their surface. Now they have to face their enemies and their past mistakes.
I have to admit that this story surprised me a little bit. I was waiting an angsty story with enemies to lovers vibes but the book started with them ready to reconcile. Despite that I enjoyed their relationship and I found the reason for their breakup believable.
Jules is a logical, born leader woman but with a vulnerable side. Ruben on the other hand is the absolute romantic hero. The man has been pining for years and waiting for her. His love is shining and he is aware of her.
Just one book left in the Stay a Spell series and I am not ready to say goodbye to them yet! These books are just magical!
