This is a story about two people totally different, opposite in every way but so good for each other. It has everything you need and want; humor, witty banter, sexy times and emotions that will make your heart burst.
Sophie is a woman full of life. She is always with a smile on her face, with a mouth full of sassy responses and easy to be around. When she is seated besides the gorgeous but cold man on a plane, the game begins.
Gabriel Scott is a perfect business man. He is always controlled, sharp and the ideal English man. He doesn’t like companion and especially chatty women. When he is seated besides the crazy girl, all hell breaks loose.
Sophie is attracted to this detached man and she makes everything she can to make him crack a smile. Gabriel on the other hand is curious about the talkative girl and he finds himself playing games with her. It’s only for a plane ride after all or isn’t it?
When business brings them together, they have to see each other all the time. Gabriel may seem cold-hearted but Sophie cracks his walls slowly and sees the real man behind the hardness. There is a man that cares for his people and their needs and he is only afraid to be left behind. Sophie is a woman who will make you laugh with her smart replies and her affection. It’s difficult in books to love the heroines but Sophie will surely manage to do it.
I loved their relationship. It’s slow burn romance but it makes it more perfect. There is true connection between them, they complete each other and it is so delicious to see Gabriel letting himself open up to Sophie.
This book can be read as a stand-alone but it is a part of a series, so if you want to know more about the band and this sexy manager, I suggest you begin from the start. When a book leaves you satisfied and happy, then it’s true success and “Managed” left me with a full heart and a smile.
